The outdoor patio is small, containing two chairs and two lecterns on either side of the door. A sky blue awning with the store's name keeps the seats and lecterns out of the elements. Spells around the perimeter of the patio keep out the rain and snow, and tones down strong wind.
Advertisements upon the storefront windows indicate the establishment's special features and the hours of operation. There are "manuals" for Imaginarium's aforementioned features stacked neatly in a pile as you go in (and again once you are in the shop), as well as sales papers to highlight special deals for that given week.
Visitors are more than welcome to bring a book outdoors to read, though they are cautioned that doing so will set off an initial alarm in order to get Alan's go-ahead (which he always gives). Unless the book has been paid for, customers cannot simply leave with the tome due to the enchantments on the place.
