~Going to Feel that in the Morning~

Bastian leaned on the brick wall of the Hogsmead station, he and a man far drunker and in a worse mood then he got into a bar fight. Bar fights were messy things. Flying bottles, fists, sometimes chairs, and it didn't stop until someone was able to through them out, so there he was with a broken nose, a black eye and bloody lip.

"Bloody Hell" he muttered painfully holding his crocked nose and wipping the blood off him with a conjured napkin.

He had not even remembered how it started, he was minding his own buisness what another face hit him in the face, he of course not to be out done faught back..

"Merlin help me" he muttered gumpliy as he tried unsteadily to walk and find a way to the nearest floo network, as he was far to out of it to apparite.

Despite having to appear for work in only a certain amount of hours time, Berlynn Stabler was still galavanting about, going from club to club. Her normal clubbing companions had long since decided to call i a night, either going home or passing out on the dance floor, but not Berlynn. Armed with a large bottle of Jaggermeister, the witch made her way through Hogsmeade station ready for her next adventure, with absolutely nothing stopping her.

...unless perhaps there was a wizard nearby that possibly matched her intoxicated state. Having her coordination slightly impaired by the alcohol, she accidentally bumped into another wizard at the station, causing her to fall unto the floor, upon her backside.

"Oi, what are you- oh, hey, Kaiser." Berlynn greeted with a smile as she noticed a fellow colleague from the Ministry. "Fancy seeing you here."

Though it took her a few tries, she eventually managed to pull herself up to a standing position. It was then that she noticed the damage upon his Bastian's face. "Oh, damn... What happened, comrade?" she asked as she pulled out a handkerchief and offered it to him.

Bastian almost thought the fates were playing an rube joke on him when someone else bumped into him. "Merlin.. I swear if this one starts throwing fists I'll sue em and prosectute them myself" he thought to himself as stuggled to regain his balence on his feet.

However he heard a familiar female voice, who didn't sound half as intoxicated as the idiots he last run into. After seening her stand up her name came to him, Berlynn Stabler, a talented Auror if he remembered correctly. "Aye the fates are busy tonight" he muttered still holding his broken nose..

Bastain nodded to Berlynn's statement of "Oh damn".

"Aye.. Damn is right Lass, someone's fist connected to my face and then all hell broke loose, bar fight.." he said accepting the handkerchief.

"Thank ya lass" he said resigned as he stumbled over to the station wall since walking and talking was on thing he couldn't do at that moment.

"So... Stabler, What brings ya here?" he asked curious.

"Aren't they? I swear, if ever there was a time to start betting on Quidditch teams it would be today! Let me tell ya, this is a lucky day for drinking I think! Would you believe that this over here," she lifted up the unopened champagne bottle in her hand to show the wizard "was left behind over at the 3 broomsticks? Apparently some poor lad tried to propose to his girlfriend, flowers, wine, and all, only to have the girl run off on him? The lad was so upset he stormed off himself, leaving everything behind."

She shook the bag that accessorized her clubbing outfit, emptying the contents that revealed to be a bouquet of roses and a box of chocolates. Casually, without a care in the world, it seemed, she opened the box of candy and took one, taking a bite out of it. "Mmm, not bad. Would you like one?" she asked, offering the box to the wizard.

A wince of sympathy appeared on Berlynn's face as Bastian explained the reasons for his bloody appearance. "Here, comrade, you might need this more than I do," she replied, handing him the bottle of champagne. Teasingly though, before she handed the bottle to him, she asked with mock-suspicion. "You won though, right? Because I'm not too keen on the idea of sharing with someone who lost a simple brawl..."

She examined the damage upon the wizard's face, noting that it must be quite painful. If ever there was an injury Berlynn loathed most, it would be a broken nose. No injury was a good one, of course, but with a broken nose, not only was one in pain, but also uncomfortable, and not even able to breathe correctly. "Want me to get that for you?" she gestured to his nose. "Granted, I'm not exactly in pro-mode right now, but I promise you'll still have a nose, and not something bizarre like a toucan beak!"

"Ah, same reason as you, I reckon." she sighed in reply as she plopped down to a more comfortable position against the floor and wall. "Not too keen on the idea of going home to an empty flat so just partying and drinking to the point where I can't even tell what color my hair is and slink of home where, hopefully, I'm too knocked out to notice that I'm going home alone, all by myself all night." the witch replied in honesty as she conjured her favorite bottle of Jaggermeister and took a sip. 

"What about you? I'm guessing this," she gestured to his nose. "Isn't exactly part of your routine."

Bastian couldn't help but be amused at Berylnns reply to him about the fates. Though he had to admit he felt sympathy for the guy who got dumped when he intended to propose. But be a shame to wast it though he supposed.

"Poor Lad" he muttered.

He looked at the chocolates and tried to look offended at her question if he had won or not.. though he couldn't blame her with the look of him.

"Sent the brats running to there mothers Lass" he said with a chuckle only to have it followed by a wince. "That just got one lucky shot" he muttered sounding throughly annoyed. He did try one chocolate though, curious to how the were, and this was a interesting end to his poor bar fight..

She was right they weren't to bad.

He blinked at her offer to fix his nose. he had sworn to himself never to fix a broken nose himself while under this much influence anyway. He was currently trying to judge how much more or lass drunk Berlynn Stabler was.

He sighed suddenly feeling he didn't much care about his nose.. "Knock yar self out Lass.. pardon the expression" he said with almost a smirk.

"Same Lass... Ah the getting into a bar fight, no it is not, Not wanting go to a empty apartment sober another story altogether" he said as he left if at that..

"I know how the story, my perfered way of life" he said with a small nod.
