Bas, There's a certain witch here at the Ministry you might be interested in seeing. She's sitting outside of the Magical Law Enforcement Deparment, and she definitely seems to need some cheering up. I'd say more but she'd probably prefer telling you herself. At least some people we know have the the right idea in regards to giving news in person...see enclosed paper and you'll know what I'm talking about. Guess we know why I haven't seen Vi in awhile, now. -Juli
