Reign of the Rook

An alternative universe - it's 25 years onto the future, all goes well for Lord Corvus and his merry band of Purist. After Five years of war, they have control of the Wizarding World and the Muggle World as well. It is not a bad place, in fact, its rather ideal but it isn't a good one either. Lord Corvus reigns as a dictator. Muggles are still around, as are Half-Bloods and Muggle-borns. However, these witches and wizards are only second class and third class citizens, the less magical blood you have the lower you are in the hierarchy and the very end are the slaves. The word slaves and Muggles have become interchangeable.

There are those who severly wish to overthrow this regime but Lord Corvus is a powerful wizard and his imperial rule is virtually unstoppable. A group of rebels have chanced upon a time-turner - and a powerful one at that. Armed with the magical device, the rebels have decided to sent a few of their number back to stop Corvus' reign before it even begins. Little do they know, within their number is a spy, who's related to lord Corvus everything, and who is going back to foil their plot.
